Youth at Hedge End

Our Sunday mornings start in the adult meeting for the first twenty minutes. We then meet in the youth room for games, short talk, discussion and prayer. This is all done with some yummy treats and drinks. This is for all those who are in year 7 to year 10.

Our Tuesday nights are our midweek get together for all those who are aged 11-18. We meet at King’s Community Church Hedge End at 19:00-20:30. Our nights are a mix of socials, game nights, worship, prayer, teaching and small groups.

Our Youth team  practically supports our young people through prayer and encouragement. Our team of volunteers understand that our young people have lots going on in their lives and are there to support them to encounter Jesus for themselves.

Alice Treacher & Josh Golledge are our location champions which means they run the week to week organisation and support for our young people specifically at our Hedge End location.

We know as a parent or carer that you will be thinking of your child’s safety and wellbeing. All our kids & youth team are DBS checked before they join (either as staff or volunteers.) We also have clear safeguarding policies and information on how to report a concern which you can read in further detail below.
