Vision Sunday on the 5th of January marked the start of an exciting 21 days of Prayer and Preparation. It felt good and right, as we believe God for a million pounds to reach a million people, that we start on our knees.

I loved the fact that as a church family we all stopped what we were doing at 8am/ 8pm to pray. At our Wednesday evening gatherings alarms were ringing and we were encouraged to pray in 3’s for our 3 friends. John Risbridger helped us to take steps of faith as we prepare for a year of harvest. Won’t it be amazing to see some of these prayers answered when J.John is with us on Easter Sunday!

The stories that we are hearing from the love your community tokens have been so encouraging. Some have been given to neighbours, others to friends or work colleagues.

‘I have been asking God who I can give my third token to…. Last Sunday I responded to a word of knowledge and God healed my frozen shoulder. Next Tuesday is my physio appointment (I’ve been seeing her every 3 weeks for 6 months) and now I can give her my third token as I tell her about this miracle. She will be flabbergasted!’

"My tokens are in my bag waiting for the right person. Let’s share our stories when they are written. And let’s continue to pray as we prepare for the harvest."
